To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天去灣仔寫字樓做事，在附近搵餐廳食早餐，哩間餐廳早餐都好大份，我點咗三文治及雞湯忌廉通粉兩個，個個好大份，入面好多蛋有三層，外面加花生醬幾好味，湯通粉湯的味道幾好，全部不過不失。

餐廳位於行去灣仔會展個邊既天橋下面不過餐廳入面唔多位 所以都預左要等但入面既人都食得快 快來快去大概等10-20分鐘左右就入得去✨招牌叉燒滑蛋飯$60✨以為佢個樣平平無奇會冇乜特別但一食落口 個蛋真係好滑😍而且加埋秘製嘅甜豉油 好好食！個人覺得係全灣仔最好食既滑蛋叉燒飯✨特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉$56✨午餐肉炸過所以好好味但個蕃茄湯同通粉都冇乜特別不過佢個餐包埋多士同炒蛋 好抵食整體係唔錯 不過d座位偏細 預左要同人夾枱

呢間冰室食過好多次，最出色係滑蛋叉燒飯同滑蛋蝦仁飯，多打工仔會黎呢度食晏，連埋野飲六十幾蚊左右~🫶🩷留意既係lunch真係好多人，如果12點半前到會好d，就唔駛等位，而且好似有用餐時間~🙈滑蛋叉燒飯 🫕叉燒唔算太出色，有D硬身，而且偏瘦，但係啲蛋好滑，配合佢地既自家製嘅甜豉油，幾好味，甜度剛好，以冰室黎講算係中上啦🙈🍽️之前都有幫襯過佢地外賣，有食過特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉，連埋飲品同多士炒蛋~🥪都係值得推介🥰

蕃茄湯通粉真係好濃味，酸酸甜甜，配埋粒粒午餐肉，食落去好滿足，湯底好適合搭配通粉滑蛋叉燒飯個滑蛋真係滑溜又多汁，食落去係好夾！雖然叉燒唔係半肥瘦，但肉質仍然唔錯，非常送飯，食下午茶餐仲抵，跟埋多士同滑蛋！推薦呢間做長期飯堂，認真唔錯

呢間旺記冰室成日都好多人，於是我決定排吓隊入去食lunch店家話全部都喺用日本雞蛋，等我試試佢先★̆̈ 自家製叉燒 日本滑蛋飯 （$60）雞蛋真喺好滑，叉燒味道都唔錯但瘦咗少少，配埋旺記秘製甜豉油同蔥真喺好開胃，一唔小心就會成碟飯清哂，汁撈飯真喺邪惡之選★̆̈ 特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉 （$56）- 配鮮牛油多士 & 4.3 牛奶炒日本滑蛋原本覺得呢個咪姐係常餐，但食落個餐肉真係好出色，睇落似喺有少少炸嘅感覺，食落好脆，味道仲要幾好食，食完會想再食蕃茄湯底有少少蕃茄渣，飲落都冇假甜味或蕃茄醬味 ❣️滑蛋就唔洗再講啦，至於牛油多士就一般，冇咩特別天氣熱就加咗$2凍奶茶，奶茶唔錯，但熱嘅會濃啲一定會比凍嘅好飲
