Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

菜膽雲吞排骨麵 份量頗大,内有菜肉雲吞、菜膽各3 件,先呷一口清湯、不錯,熱呼呼的清骨湯,雖然味偏淡但順喉、沒有咪精的妖艷。炸排骨夠薄身酥脆又不油,而且老師板是捨得花錢用貴價新鮮豬肉奉客,有良心!上海排骨炒麵 份量足,不過上海炒麵有點濕,個人嫌火喉未夠,純屬家庭式嘅出品,合格但無驚喜。炸鯪魚肉腐皮卷 一般般,不過不失,用新鮮的鯪魚肉加點點調味後包上腐皮油炸,試過就算了。綜合是一間用心做的的地方小店,出品老老實實,用料新鮮,支持!

見到很多人排隊於是行入去,又係香港老店嘅感覺,面很有老上海嘅味道! 今次揀咗雲吞牛腩排骨麵,60hkd。雲吞係好大個嘅菜肉餡餃子。排骨其實係分裝切塊豬排,炸豬排澱粉表皮很薄所以食整塊都唔會覺得膩。仲俾做好多塊軟爛嘅牛腩,其實唔洗再食面都已經full咗。食嗮面晚餐都唔洗,好大碗面超抵食。咁多嘢喺香港凈60蚊真係好平!服務嘅阿叔阿姨都好nice,加埋復古感覺嘅裝修,星期六星期日叫埋d friend來呢度食嘢吹水都幾chill!

人排隊、我又排🤣每次行過都見到有10個人喺度排隊~好好奇,又話香港d食肆好唔掂😨但次次都見到咁多人排隊其實今日係同老公搭的士經過老公特登叫司機喺店舖附近放低我先我先排隊,佢去接亞女學完琴帶佢過嚟~一間家庭式嘅小店有一個超過70歲嘅老伯伯問我哋幾多位❓應該排咗15-20分鐘 ▶️入坐🔸 #菜膽雞球牛肉麵 雞球是三隻小雞髀🍗 普普通通,食唔到雞味~ 不過肉質都嫩滑牛肉是牛𦟌,燘得軟硬度啱啱好返而鍾意佢嘅面嘅質地,唔係淋但係滑,好似吸一啖就會滑咗落喉嚨咁👍湯底唔加味精,非常唔錯🔸 #菜膽雲吞排骨麵 我諗呢個應該係招牌麵有三棵白菜仔,好新鮮爽脆雲吞喺厚皮嘅菜肉雲吞,平時嘅厚皮真係好厚又偏硬呢度嘅皮厚薄啱啱好,包煮入邊菜同豬肉好新鮮,好味道🤤當然要試一試佢嘅排骨,好細心,即炸排骨都係分開上,唔會俾湯浸淋咗佢排骨係薄薄地嘅,切到一件一件粉漿唔係太厚,包住排骨仍然肉汁豐富,超讚🥰#認真做嘅食肆仍然有好多人欣賞#有冇真係認真做好

金祥排骨麵位於西環西營盤,係香港依然屹立不倒超過三十多年,經常都要排隊。下午五點左右經過見到冇乜人,想住入去食,點知老細話做埋俾你啦,仲以為係下午茶,原來老細意思係做埋我哋跟住就收舖。老字號裝修陳舊。菜膽雲吞排骨麵 $52炸排骨和湯麵分開排骨炸得非常鬆脆,熱辣辣,好味。菜肉雲吞非常大隻,菜肉均勻,味道唔錯。豆漿 +$7 ,豆漿太大杯,不會太甜,豆味濃郁。老字號保持到一定的水準,怪不得客人絡繹不絕。問老細幾點鐘開門?為什麼這麼早就收舖,老細話唔夠人手,早上11點開門,晚上5點到6:00收舖。真的有心來食的,真的要提議留意開舖時間。
