喂各位!記唔記得我之前去嗰間串燒店食得好開心?呢次我又去啦,依然係滿意到爆炸!首先,佢哋嗰個蟹籽沙律真係岩晒我口味,青瓜絲爽口到不得了,再加上啲蟹籽彈彈哋,係咁嘅靚日子入面食一份清新沙律,吓,真係開心到散花!串燒部分,多謝曬老天爺給我咁多選擇!汁燒月見免治雞肉棒,係咁juicy,簡直係人間美味。豚肉金菇芝士串嘅芝士味,真係夠晒香濃又唔覺得膩。黑椒豬頸肉串,哥哥!烤得啱啱好,啖啖肉,真係夠晒滿足。啱啱提到嘅煙肉露筍串又點算?彈牙嘅露筍包喺煙肉入面,入口即溶,邊吃邊流心水。再嚟個安格斯牛小排壽喜燒鍋,個湯底唔甜得膩,燒牛肉都咁嫩滑,流心蛋係咁滑,攪一攪,嘩,個世界都變得柔軟咗。講開烏冬我又唔可以唔提,佢哋做嘅烏冬絕對係一絕,Q彈得嚟又有咀嚼感,湯底清新得嚟又唔會搶嗮當日串燒嘅風頭。吉列紫薯粟餅,炸到金黃香脆,紫薯餡軟綿綿嘅咬口同栗子碎粒嘅香甜味道,perfect收尾!今晚渣車,唔夠車位, 不過為咗呢件食,我又點會介意呢?推薦大家嚟呢度試吓,絕對唔會令人失望!🍢🍠🥩 continue reading

和Neil 都是天水圍之友,下班收工後,一起到元朗食晚飯。元朗逸之燒有日式刺身壽司,串燒和炒飯湯麵。我們食完再加甜品,滿足的一餐為今天畫上句號。人均消費$290左右。三文魚手卷劍魚手卷帶子手卷手卷大小適中,魚生新鮮,略沾豉油和芥茉已經好味。外邊的紫菜脆脆的,口感不錯。吉列蝦芝士反卷一客有六件,體型不算大,一口一件差不多。每口都食到脆口的吉列蝦,另外芝士蓋在上面,外觀美,而且芝味濃,作為芝士控的我,對吉列蝦芝士反卷很喜歡,哈哈,夾完一件,又夾一件。蟹籽沙律由青瓜絲,蟹柳絲,蟹籽和沙律醬組成的沙律,是小時候的回憶,小時候媽媽弄沙律給我們吃,都是切到青瓜絲幼小的,再加一大堆蟹柳絲和蟹籽。這餐廳令我回想起小時候的味道。牛油粟米外邊有豐富的牛油味,用鼻子一聞都聞到好香的牛油香氣。粟米粒粒飽滿,口感好。椰子雪芭用椰子殼裝着椰子雪芭,賣相吸引,椰子雪芭很幼滑,口感像雪糕。菠蘿雪芭同樣用一整個菠蘿裝着菠蘿雪芭,所以外觀很美。菠蘿雪芭的口感像冰沙似的,微酸但清甜,很解渴。燒菠蘿串清甜可口。汁燒豚肉蘆筍串鹽燒豚肉白菇串汁燒豚肉金菇芝士串燒得乾身,略有醬汁,已經好好味。汁燒豚肉蘆筍串我最喜歡,蘆筍還保留着爽脆的口感。明太子雞翼炸沖繩芝麻雞翼熱騰騰,香氣撲鼻。雞皮已經燒到薄如紙,肉質嫩滑好味。 continue reading

入咗呢間日式餐廳,第一樣打入我目標嘅就係鹽燒豬頸肉車厘茄串,肉肉啖啖肥美,車厘茄啲酸甜味道啱哂口,正!吉列蝦芝士飯卷外脆內滑,一啖咬落去足晒驚喜,蝦仁同芝士簡直係天生一對,絲滑得嚟口感又豐富。轉個頭試下鹽燒豚肉鵪鶉蛋串,豚肉靚仔彈牙,鵪鶉蛋淋咗豚肉汁,咬落去一個字 – 正!再黎啲安格斯牛肉大蔥串,每口都飽滿肉汁🤤,大蔥清甜完美平衡肉味,件件串燒都可以話係小小嘅美味爆炸💥。鰻魚串簡直鬼香,不過啲沖繩赤蝦勁過咗手,鹽燒得啱啱好,鮮美得滯。炸沖繩芝麻雞翼嗰個香脆,肉汁鎖咗住,食咗真係越食越喜歡。講到甜品,日本迷你番薯仔,香甜適中,瞓身辦公室諗返起都會自己嘴角上揚。最哂命個安格斯牛小排鍋,唔使講,肉質完美,隨便一焀就可以食到牛肉原汁原味,加埋湯底啲香濃,咁樣食佢真係冇得頂👍!今次食飯經驗咁正,有陣時真係諗住邊度搵咁多「食得嘅詩」?下次再來,我一定要叫多份嗰個日本番薯,一啖番薯,幸福感就爆棚啦!🎉 continue reading
