同屋企人去咗元朗老馮茶居飲茶,屋企人最鐘意懷舊feel,一坐低見到啲環境同公雞碗碟就會講返陳年舊事😂牛肉腸啲腸粉皮都算ok,唔系好厚,凍咗食都無變硬,牛肉幾香芫茜味。古法千層糕就一般般,雖然重蛋黃味,仲食到啲蛋黃粒,但整個質感太淋,食落去一pat 野咁…燒賣幾好,從貌相睇有大大隻蝦,食落去又唔會太多肥豬肉,入面個餡都有蝦!沙嗲金錢肚幾重沙嗲味,蒸得入味同腍,底下有2-3件豆卜墊底。四寶滑雞扎有豬肚,冬菇,滑雞件、豬皮,幾大件,都ok。整體食物有好有唔好,各一半,勝在環境吸引。 continue reading

肉和燒賣都太鹹了,古法千層糕又太甜了,我可能口味淡一些吧!口味比較重的人適合吧,我是覺得吃完后嗓子不舒服,可能太重口味了,個人飯後心得,希望以後能改善就好了,不然太重口味了!但我也是喜歡吃辣的人,少鹽少糖的食物我是OK的,多鹽多糖多醬油就不適合我的口味了! continue reading
