Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 呢度既三文魚腩切法好特別,好處係可以增加口感同影相靚之外,就係可以比豉油同芥未深層滲入三文魚腩,美味加倍
!加上真係好厚好厚,油脂勁豐富
! 同埋勁新鮮,睇顏色都睇到!勁爆好食

經過火炙巧妙既處理,將三文魚腩表面既油份燒香左,滲入底層而中間仲係生既三文魚,無論味道,香氣同口感都一絕!加上呢度既三文魚夠靚夠新鮮,比得上酒店級數,絕對必食!大推!


4)三文魚腩壽司:5⭐️


切法唔同,相比起刺身既切法,個人比較喜歡刺身,油脂感更重,魚味更豐厚,但壽司都係出色既作品,舊白飯有助減低油膩感,同時能品嚐三文魚既鮮味


5)北寄貝壽司:5⭐️


比起好多日本菜既北寄貝,《活一鮮》贏既係口感:呢度既紅色邊果部分爽口彈牙既口感十分罕見,可見新鮮程度係一級既


6)帆立貝壽司:5⭐️


屈小姐既另一嗜好,賴生仲仍然好記得佢帶屈小姐去《酒泉》食果粒珍寶帆立貝既Bling Bling 眼樣
,雖然呢度冇咁巨型,但鮮度同樣係滿分既!

7)玉子壽司:4⭐️

食日本菜都總會想食下日本既蛋料理,特別係壽司甜甜地配合多層口感的確令人回味,你肉眼都見到佢有好多層,慢慢人手煎,值得一試
,重要既佢有蛋味同甜味既平衡

又係屈小姐食日本菜必點既項目之一,呢度個鰻魚壽司就比較薄,正正常常,不過鰻魚應該是肥美厚厚的!

9)蟹棒壽司:3⭐️

一個美麗既誤會出現啦,當大家以爲呢款壽司係屈小弟叫既時候,佢居然灑手擰頭話佢冇叫過
,後來賴生發現左原來點餐紙上面既腐皮壽司(屈小弟既最愛),係比2種唔同既蟹棒壽司夾住
,可能入單入錯左
!最後由賴生KO左蟹棒壽司,包搞掂
味道就正正常常,都一絲絲,不過不失啦!
