To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

-香葉辣椒海鮮炒米粉 $108海鮮有蝦、帶子、魷魚等等，加埋配菜香濃可口，份量適中，海鮮都算新鮮，唔會覺得係平價野，辣味剛好👍🏼米粉唔會太硬～啖啖入口都好豐富，非常足料-泰式生蝦刺身 $128一碟有七隻，係大蝦款黎🤩入口夠爽口唔會有腥味～食得出係新鮮蝦！點蝦嘅泰式辣醬非常夠辣👍🏼但冇掩蓋蝦嘅味道～-芒果椰汁沙冰 $42口感超棉軟滑👍🏼芒果果夠濃！加埋椰汁又唔會太甜，兩樣加埋好夾🤩唔想飲奶茶/椰青可以揀佢！
