To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自問自己好鍾意食辣，但銅鑼灣平價酸辣粉嘅地方實在少之又少。除咗傷心酸辣粉之外，今日終於試呢間bookmark咗好耐一間都係平價食四川重慶野嘅渝酸辣粉！鋪頭細細大概30個位置左右，星期日八點鐘去，唔使等。由於我同寶寶都唔算太肚餓，淨係叫咗兩碗重慶酸辣粉（小辣）。酸辣粉酸味唔算出，反而麻辣味就會係個口腔度縈繞，食完碗麵其實都唔算話辣到要瘋狂飲水，建議食得辣嘅朋友下次可以挑戰中辣。材料方面，佢嘅紅薯粉比較幼身，冇咁多咬口，亦因為咁，相對比較易吞。配料有齊花生、芫荽、酸菜，算係中規中矩。細細碗，女仔食就啱晒啦😆-重慶酸辣粉 Chongqi Spicy and Sour Potato Noodles with Minced Beef | $37-
