To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從呢間旺記冰室開左係我公司附近,我就深深愛上佢的叉燒炒滑蛋飯,間中都會探下佢。而佢最出名嘅亦都係呢個叉燒炒滑蛋飯,每到lunch時間門口一定水洩不通,勁多人等位。為何一個普通嘅叉燒滑蛋飯可以有咁大嘅吸引力?重點係佢嘅雞蛋係日本新鮮雞蛋, 果種鮮甜你係食得出,仲要真係炒得好滑好嫩,係我最愛嘅半熟蛋漿狀態😍。啲叉燒唔係隔夜叉燒,食得出好新鮮,切薄片方便入口,連埋蔥花同埋佢特製嘅甜豉油,所有和白飯一齊食,每一口都係非常幸福美味👍😍,嫩滑非常,忍不住一口接一口,當你把叉燒炒蛋吃完,白飯也剛好吃完,所有野都係啱啱好😋配埋佢杯超正熱奶茶,成個餐簡直無敵!😋👍吃完後會完全被那幸福感充滿,下午工作也會特別醒神給力😎😝💪 旺記的叉燒炒滑蛋飯其實我覺得我可以一次過食五碟,不過毎份餐不算平要成$54一份,所以每次只點一個,身為窮L我唔知幾時先可以達成呢個宏願了🤦🏼‍♂️ ———————————————————環境:8/10服務:8/10 價錢:6/10 ($54以佢份量來說其實都有啲貴,雙拼仲貴,其實都只係多三隻蝦😕所以我建議唔使雙拼)食物質素: 9/10整體:8/10
