After some years of working with Michelin-starred Italian restaurants, chef Jack Law decided to open his own brand < Involtini > which boasts their handmade pasta.
Being a brand established by Involtini, < JEP by Involtini > is definitely where you can expect quality pasta from. Their [ carbonara ] and [ Carabineros red prawn tagliolini ], for two, are some of their signatures. And the [ Korayaki risotto ] was a blast too!
Although prices are a bit steep and it may not mimic a fine dining scene, the nice food quality and service make it worth a try!

醬汁是海鮮湯跟紅蝦蝦膏熬成的濃汁
不要放過蝦頭內的蝦膏,把他統統擠出來,跟意粉拌勻,更加鮮味!
配上手造的talioglini,粗度口感都剛好,而且還把濃郁醬汁統統掛住

店員說,這個risotto可以由外到內,分三層享用
首先是最外面的意大利飯,以蟹湯、蜆湯、松葉蟹肉一同煮成,海鮮味香
第二層是炙燒過的松葉蟹肉mayonnaise,鮮味甘香濃郁🦀️
最後可以拌入中間的鵪鶉蛋黃,更滋味✨
