店名「四面泰•火鍋」,一聽就知道食泰國菜,不過原來集團來自上海而並非泰國!主打優質正宗泰式湯底,冬陰功或椰奶雞湯做湯底,類似的在香港都有得食,不過正宗做法的不可相比,對我來說有新意。我們點了個鴛鴦鍋「秘製冬陰功椰奶雙拼鍋」 $178,湯頭非常濃郁味香,建議先喝品嚐作餐前湯,冬陰功湯內有三隻蝦,建議湯滾先吃否則會過火;椰奶雞湯非常順滑,我更加喜歡,湯內的雞脾肉並不嚡亦可口。必點另一招牌「寶藏海鮮手工金盒」$488,出場有勢,乾冰煙霧離漫突顯矜貴,寶盒內有海蝦四隻、美國桶蠔兩隻、爽脆鯇魚六片、鮮脆桂花蚌60克、鮑魚仔兩隻、墨魚丸兩粒、貴妃蚌兩隻,貨真價實列明數量及重量。我最欣賞脆肉鯇魚,新鮮爽脆;桶蠔肚腩脹卜卜,入口爆汁;鮑魚記得唔好烚太耐,否則會韌。全部材料皆新鮮,作為兩個人份量非常豐富,我們覺得海鮮與冬陰功湯底超夾。因為現正推出海鮮組合優惠,所以我們實付$488 品嚐了以上兩款。寶藏海鮮手工金盒(2人)+任選火鍋湯底 $488首次光顧,找餐牌上找到皇冠的推薦點選,牛肉只不可缺,「四面泰牛肉拼盤」$288 包括美國特色肥牛、牛舌、牛版腱、美國雪花牛肉粒等,各有不同口感,就是品嚐的樂趣。牛
