To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 別以為香港的越南餐廳跟當地的設計簡陋及食物質素差劣。這間現代化的設計門口配以螢光魚招牌作招徠,務求吸引客人置身於海洋中品嚐美食。內部的設計跟一間酒吧無異,特色設計是中間天花板水車作風扇,非常符合環保概念。四側牆身加以酒瓶及書櫃作牆紙襯托,恍如給顧客一邊用餐之餘,可在絕對寧靜的空間閱讀圖書。餐廳不一定只是吃越南菜,還有許多懷舊香港地小食及粉麵可供品嚐。侍應招呼周到及有求必應,十分鐘內送到。下午茶價錢合理,最多只須$40即可。最後本人點了一份懷舊西多士加紅豆冰,二十多元而已可消磨一整天。
