去到一間日式居酒屋,其實想搵個地方食下壽司,小食。 又吾想食連鎖店,唯有到處搵下,上樓[尋寶],總想試下小店味道,食下日本味道。今日點了幾個食物明太子手羽先雞翼永遠都咁好食, 當明太子釀係裡面,當然就更加正啦,咸香味令雞翼生息不少。燒多春魚多春魚。經常都會食,但總難以做到可以整到咁靚咁好食,作為小食,一邊吹水。金目鯛壽司火灸銀雪魚壽司各叫了兩件灸燒壽司既香味,完全吾減魚既鮮味,完全食出金目鯛既鮮味磯燒鮑魚這個要趁熱食,佢燒既時間剛剛好肉仍然好鮮嫩多,完全吾會過火。佢上面個汁,係用肝打成,所以可以話係用番鮑魚原味去整,食落更加鮮味
