To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六下午3點半左右嚟呢間OPENRICE評分不錯嘅泰國餐廳完全係包場。食物種類好多，由最基本PAD THAI到魚蝦蟹都有，不過普遍價錢唔平。泰皇咖哩法包軟殼蟹一個十分重口味嘅菜，法包真係焗到外脆內軟，咖哩質地算係流動性強，口味非常濃郁，無論係點面包定係蟹都好惹味。軟殼蟹唔算外邊炸得脆，但我覺得岩岩好，而且大小適中易入口。香葉辣椒豬肉碎炒飯蛋煎到半生熟，整爛佢同飯混埋一齊食，再加上炒得十分夠味嘅豬肉粒一啖食落肚，風味不俗。不過作為一個完全唔食肥肉嘅人嚟講肥肉嘅部分我仲係略嫌多，體積亦都切得唔夠細粒，同埋炒得唔夠乾身，所以係口感上係會扣D分。芒果沙冰椰汁冰幾好飲，唔會過甜，好香椰子味，沙冰好綿，夠凍，夏天飲一杯夠晒消暑。食物味道唔錯，不過價錢略貴，九龍城泰國餐廳極多，佢未令到我有想即刻返兜佢嘅感覺。一試無妨。
