今日和閏蜜慶祝生日特意選了灣仔這家隱於世的廚師發辦店,因為名花晚上有約所以中午就來吃Omakase午市Omakase 定價在每位$450,有齊前菜、蒸蛋、4款刺身、8款握壽司、手卷、玉子燒和甜品等等,超級豐富,餐廳有很多不同優惠折扣,還有午市定食例如江戶前壽司定食和紙火鍋等等,都是由師傅在吧檯一手一腳準備,行雲流水的出品螢光魷魚正是春天當造初期,入口飽滿多膏,打卡力十足的煙燻三文魚,第一次嚐到出產自富士山的三文魚,不錯隨即見師傅將原條魚生從木盒中拿出,細膩的刀法將所需的部份切出,準備每一顆匠人手握的壽司金線鯛坊間甚少有機會入貨,相比味道較清淡的鯛魚,味道會多了鮮甜;帶子肉眼可見細緻的刀紋,令醬汁可以滲到內在;深海池魚壽司,經介紹原來與池魚是完全不同,入口以清甜爽為主;再來大大大口的海膽軍艦,師傅毫不吝嗇將海膽堆疊至倒塌的邊緣;最後是回歸基本的原味道中拖羅甜品加錢轉了刨冰,看著師傅拿出日本直送的刨冰機和冰磚就感到不簡單,冰磚眨眼間變成雪花徐徐落下,完美了今天的慶生午餐
