今日去咗旺角一間叫「青花 The Forest」嘅泰國餐廳食晚餐,餐廳嘅裝修充滿田園風味,座位闊落,可能因為地理位置方便,平日嘅晚市都座無虛席,建議大家預先訂位。餐廳採用QR code落單,上菜嘅速度都幾快,而且每一碟嘅份量都好多,非常足料!🍊泰式虎蝦金邊粉金邊粉味道帶微甜,唔會炒到好濕,配料嘅青檸、炒蛋、芽菜同韭菜都豐富咗金邊粉嘅味道層次,主角有兩隻大虎蝦,而且係開邊煎,所以隻虎蝦好入味,口感爽口彈牙又冇雪藏味🍊炭燒牛豬雙拼串燒沙嗲沙嗲串燒都幾出色,豬肉串同牛肉串雙拼,各有三串,肉質唔會燒得太嚡身,食落仲有一陣陣嘅炭燒味,配埋香濃花生味嘅沙嗲醬一齊食好夾🍊炭燒豬頸肉燒豬頸肉嘅份量都好多,每一片嘅厚薄適中,唔會燒得太乾身,單獨食會食到炭燒嘅味道,配埋酸辣青醬就帶有微酸同微辣,食落幾開胃🍊馬拉盞炒芥蘭份量非常足料,用咗馬拉盞同紅蝦米去炒芥蘭,味道非常惹味,芥蘭食材新鮮,食落去爽口清脆🍊泰國奶茶奶凍呢個甜品非常有泰國特色,用咗泰國風嘅特色鐵碗,底層係由泰國奶茶製成嘅奶凍,每一啖都充滿濃郁嘅茶味,味道偏甜;上層鋪滿粒粒涼粉啫喱加一層順滑嘅奶蓋,中和底部嘅甜度,口感層次豐富📍旺角奶路臣街17號

金邊粉味道帶微甜,唔會炒到好濕,配料嘅青檸、炒蛋、芽菜同韭菜都豐富咗金邊粉嘅味道層次,主角有兩隻大虎蝦,而且係開邊煎,所以隻虎蝦好入味,口感爽口彈牙又冇雪藏味


🍊炭燒牛豬雙拼串燒沙嗲
沙嗲串燒都幾出色,豬肉串同牛肉串雙拼,各有三串,肉質唔會燒得太嚡身,食落仲有一陣陣嘅炭燒味,配埋香濃花生味嘅沙嗲醬一齊食好夾
