To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【東區】【越鋒味越式餐廳】本身同朋友去筲箕灣食韓國嘢，點知咁啱遇著間餐廳落場，就走返去東大街搵嘢食。問吓呢個問吓嗰個咁，最後決定食呢間越南嘢。本身我都比較少食越南嘢，所以都冇乜心水，都係用 QR Code 落單，佢就叫到嘢食先，我就攪咗一大輪先諗到自己食乜。佢食 $65 嘅「蝦頭膏海鮮湯河粉」轉檬粉，多青、多香花菜、走芽菜，仲加 $8 要咗「蘿蔔」，佢食緊嗰陣已經問我有冇叫蝦頭膏，佢話幾好食。不過其實我叫嘅係 $65 嘅「越鋒味招牌牛三河粉」，然而，我又真係有加 $8 要「蝦頭膏」，牛肉我就要生牛肉。麵底我係要河粉，同蝦頭膏香味混合埋一齊幾邪惡，好鮮好香好濃。我仲加 $14 食碟細「越式春卷」，正常水準。嘢飲方面佢要加 $5 嘅凍「龍眼蜜」多冰，我就要咗加 $12 嘅凍「越式咖啡」多奶少冰，都係好飲嘅。埋單 $177，以呢個質素嘅食物嚟講唔貴。。。（地址：筲箕灣筲箕灣東大街59-99號東威大廈地下12B號舖）#1amfoodie #hkig #foodie #hk #hongkong #hongkongfoodie #hkfoodblogger #foodiehk #topcitybi
