To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【油尖旺區】【田記粉麵茶餐廳】如果係我好忠實嘅讀者，可能會記得我喺 13/6/2021 去食過呢間田記，仲喺 #1am0365 寫咗一篇嘢，之後我都介紹咗唔少人去食。啱啱又癮起，就捉咗楊偉哥去試，後生仔要見識吓乜嘢係牛腩，乜嘢係粉麵，咁先係真正本土派。介紹咗佢試 $62 嘅「崩砂牛腩河粉」，呢碗真係好嘢嚟，絕對係呢間嘢嘅招牌菜。上菜時都覺得佢冇甩到三年前嘅水準，我偷咗舊嚟食，仲係咁好味。牛味香濃得嚟，入口順滑冇渣。佢加 $8 飲杯「凍奶茶」，正常水準奶茶一杯。我就試 $62 嘅「牛魔王粗麵」，即係牛雜、牛腩、牛筋配上粗麵，呢度嘅牛腩當然不及崩砂腩，但係都唔錯嘅。牛筋炆得好夠腍，牛雜亦都夠份量，好味，配合粗麵，非常邪惡。我加 $8 飲「凍檸茶走甜」，都係正常茶記水準。我一個人去粉麵店都食兩碗嘢啦，何況今次有朋友。試埋 $56 嘅「淨雲呑水餃魚蛋」，即係就咁食「鮮蝦雲吞」、「鳳城水餃」同埋「招牌魚蛋」，三樣嘢都係佢哋自製，好有水準，魚蛋好香魚味。埋單 $196，係值得畀嘅。。。（地址：油麻地碧街45號地下C1號舖）#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfood
