Omakase 由日本興起,是食物由廚師發板的意思。拉朋友去食日本燒肉,原本打算食午餐set,但翻開menu見到有燒肉 Omakase course,每位$398,一於決定豪吓😎先來新鮮沙律、海澡湯和泡菜三點盛,前菜泡菜酸辣爽口,挺有開胃的感覺。再來✨鹽味盛,包括鹽味上牛舌、蔥鹽味雞柳、黑毛豚無骨小排。用牛脂掃勻熱盤,放入牛舌、雞柳、豚肉於邊位,燒至兩邊金黃,牛舌有點嚼口,雞柳和豚肉很嫩滑。緊接着是⚡️燒肉汁盛,包括特上牛胸腹肉、黑毛和牛裹腹小排、牛板腱肉、和牛赤身、野菜。看起來很高級,肉色光澤,肉和脂肪比例平均,真的很吸引😋😋 燒牛肉我通常喜歡7、8成熟,每個部位的口感都會有不同,和牛赤身真的如赤身一樣,入口即溶化;腹肉、小排會較有嚼口;腱肉則會口感軟腍,一次過試勻四種牛肉質感。沾些柚子醬汁、燒汁,令肉味更濃郁、突出。配上日本佐賀米,圓潤飽滿,米粒分明,那味道真係以為自己去左日本一轉🪐最後有甜品二盛,柚子雪芭、杏汁布甸,不單充滿和風感,味道清新爽口,杏汁濃郁。很滿意這個燒肉 Omakase course,所選的肉都很高質,而且燒烤過程又不會好大煙,不怕整到個人一陣煙味,吃得舒服好多😏
