天后其實好多有特色嘅小店,港島返工嘅朋友仔放工可以去一趟覓食。今次搵到間居酒屋,地鋪有分室內室外,好有日本特色。侍應非常友善,都會推薦下當日新鮮嘅菜式,每道菜都會講多幾句,提客人點樣更好享用到料理。💡海葡萄海藻沙律係沖繩名物嘅海葡萄,如果本來就好鍾意食蟹籽嘅人唔好錯過,同一樣嘅爽脆口感,但有海水嘅鮮味同清新嘅感覺,配埋。上枱時會配埋豉油,但侍應提我慢慢落再試試,怕會太鹹,個人覺得落少少都好夠。💡刺身拼盤 (金目鯛 $138, 油甘魚 $58 & 赤貝 $58)金目鯛魚皮表皮輕輕燒一燒,魚油迫出,令到食嘅時候充滿脂香,魚肉鮮味肉嫩。油甘魚厚切質感更好,魚油香溢,質感豐厚。赤貝爽口彈牙,仲食到有海水味,唔係雪藏味。💡火灸煙燻蠔手卷 $48@1呢個直中我嘅喜好,又愛海膽又愛蝝,放入口中一咬有百花齊開嘅感覺。💡一肝入魂 $198鍾意內臟嘅朋友必點呢個,包括鰻魚肝、雞肝、鵝肝、牛肝、牛膏,侍應提我先鰻魚肝,凍咗會腥。個人最喜歡係鰻魚肝,蒲汁味好香,質感綿密,略帶甘味。其他串燒都好好食,油香滿分,各有各特別。💡雜錦天婦羅冷烏冬 $17天婦羅好脆口,冷烏冬嘅沾汁清新,飽肚但唔會好濟。💡雞肉丸野菜鍋湯
