明太子小龍蝦沙律,食得出小龍蝦係彈牙,唔會係霉嘅肉。用小小嘅沙律醬,將明太子同埋小龍蝦混合埋一齊,味道好夾同好清新,比起其他用蝦肉再配沙律菜嘅沙律,佢會一種濃郁嘅香味。

佢嘅雞潤嚟到嘅時候買相好靚好光滑,面上面搽咗一浸嘅燒汁。個人咬落去係好粉,起沙,有黃砂潤嘅感覺。燒汁唔會好濃,唔會搶咗雞潤嘅味道。佢個墨魚香腸墨魚味好濃郁,有充分嘅油脂感,將墨魚嘅味道帶出嚟,提升咗個層次。

食咗啲前菜之後,我同朋友就開始嗌啲下酒小食,叫咗魔鬼魚翅乾,鐵板大蜆炒野菌同埋牛汁大根。

佢嘅魔鬼魚翅乾同平時嘅雞泡魚乾好唔同,平時雞泡魚乾係偏甜,然之後咬落去係韌少少嘅質感,而佢嘅魔鬼魚翅係鬆脆,魚味較重。都係配上沙律醬去食,同雞泡魚乾唔同層次。

牛汁大根有兩大塊白蘿蔔,配上一片牛肉仔。佢嘅白蘿蔔煮到好腍,好入味,筷子一夾就可以將佢分開幾份。嚟嘅時候上面有少少七味粉,令到蘿蔔更加惹味。

而佢嘅鐵板大蜆炒野菌,亦都唔馬虎,都有成10隻八隻大蜆,菇嘅種類亦都唔少,有金菇,鴻喜菇等等。上枱嘅時候牛油味好重,食嘅時候有食到清酒嘅香味,再加上鐵板上渣渣聲,別有一番風味。

最後同朋友叫咗個海膽炒飯做收尾,咁啱聽到隔籬枱食緊吞拿魚腦天,就忍唔住叫咗客試吓。原來吞拿魚腦天係吞拿魚額頭嘅部位,比較稀少,平時亦都較難喺其他餐廳食到。佢吞拿魚腦天上到嚟嘅時候有火炙過,所以魚嘅香味好重。而食落去嘅口感就係有啲再鬆軟啲嘅大拖羅,好香嘅油脂味,真係大開眼界。

海膽炒飯海膽亦都勁大塊,佢個炒飯有少少蟹膏,炒到好香。飯粒粒分明唔會炒埋一舊見到舖頭係話用新潟米,感覺上好似再香啲!

同朋友一路飲一路食,唔覺意都玩到成點幾,店內亦都仲有好多客人。整體嚟講用餐體驗10分唔錯,職員亦都好友善,雖然去到好晏,但係店內環境唔會10分嘈吵,可以傾到計。下次絕對可以回頭再食!
