To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 面對住疫情後生活上嘅改變，加上宜家大家都飛得就飛，長假期又北上，不得不承認，呢年嚟，飲食業真係好難做。不過亦因為咁，阿叔發現近日有唔少餐廳都推出極大優惠，真心吸引，值得支持一吓！👍🏽呢間位於尖沙咀H Zentre 1數嘅日式料理店就係其中一間，佢哋為慶祝週年祭，特別喺OpenRice推出晚市優惠，以6折價錢就可享用以下套餐。🍣晚市14貫壽司套餐 (6折優惠：$828)套餐19品，除咗前菜3款、湯品同甜品，仲包括伊左木、深海池魚、車海老、北寄貝、間八魚、鮫鰈魚、金目鲷、赤貝、拖羅、銀鱈魚、馬糞海膽、火灸大拖羅、赤身醬油漬同埋黑鯥14件季節限定壽司。件件壽司size都有番咁上下，而且刺身仲好厚、好肥美。個人特別鍾意深海池魚、銀鱈魚、赤身醬油漬同黑鯥，魚鮮味唔單止突出，更食到啖啖魚油香。🍴北海道紫海膽 ($200)既然壽司咁出色，攪到阿叔都忍唔住叫多隻紫海膽食。比其他海膽，紫海膽瓣塊較大，呈橙黃色，味道濃郁，入口即溶，最正係原隻食，每瓣每瓣逐羹逐羹舀，食得更過癮。咁耐無食廚師發辦，阿叔當晚食得好滿足，真心多得峰師傅嘅款待！ 🙇🏻‍♂️🙇🏻‍♂️🙇🏻‍♂️
