To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蘭桂坊高級、靚裝嘅西餐廳多的是,求其搵一間都唔會太差。就好似呢間位於加洲大廈嘅意式餐廳,店內採用歐洲歌劇院設計風格,華麗有氣派之餘,仲有個小小嘅天台俾大家呼吸外,仲可以飽覽埋中環夜景添。🐙Polpo & Caviale ($388)配上奥西特拉鱘魚子醬嘅烤八爪魚,肉質軟腍,阿叔鍾意連埋車厘茄一齊食,鹹鮮味又食到點點酸味,唔會過濃。🦞Linguine all‘Astice ($698) 龍蝦開邊原隻上,肉質結實彈牙,仲有唔少蝦膏添!扁意粉配上蕃茄醬汁煮成,份量認真唔少,夠晒兩個人有多。美中不足係阿叔略嫌佢賣相唔夠精緻,如果擺盤再靚啲就正晒喇!🐑Scottadito d’Agnello ($488) 羊架面頭加上香草一齊燒,可配意大利青醬或者酸忌廉一齊食。5大件嘅份量係唔少,不過可惜香草味太強,完全蓋過咗羊騷味。🍰Tiramisu ($98)經典提拉米蘇味道甜中帶苦,口感軟滑,今次以高杯裝示人,絕對係全晚賣相最吸睛嘅一道菜!
