To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我很愛魚皮餃，不過很多時候吃到的都像普通雲吞🤐亂入的這家卻有驚喜😍 ✿ 淨魚三寶 $45 (無加一)+ 紫菜 +$7 (無加一)每款三件，附有生菜，和一勺青蔥炸蒜魚皮餃外表很有手工感，質感煙韌😍吃得出有拌入魚蓉因為好吃，所以將一粒留到最後，依然煙韌😝魚片頭、魚蛋也與一般不同，較軟而且重魚味 ✿ 生菜 $18 (無加一)爽脆，醬油帶甜，濃淡適中 桌面的辣椒油是很直接很辣的那種，好奇試了一點點就投降了，喜歡辣的可以一試🤣原本因太早，附近麵包店的特別款式還未出爐，有點傷心，不過吃完這碗後，就覺得不要緊了😂
