今晚同朋友慶祝生日,帶佢去咗船渦度食一人一鍋蒸海鮮。餐廳有活動竹簾分隔每個位置,如果多過一個人就可以拉開竹簾一齊坐,都幾Flexible又有私人空間。我哋兩個人都叫咗「九品芝麻官」(每人$258 ,另加一服務費)。沙律:蟹籽青瓜沙律,青瓜爽脆。章魚燒:熱辣辣上枱。外脆內軟。白蜆,大蜆:兩種蜆類加埋有成十幾隻,隻隻都好肥美多汁。貴妃蚌:肉厚,味道鮮甜。鮑魚:本身呢個餐係得一隻鮑魚,但佢有個優惠加一蚊可以多一隻,咁我哋梗係每人都加多一隻啦。鮑魚新鮮,肉質嫩滑,易咬開蝦:蝦味濃郁。肉質爽彈鮮魚片:係龍躉片嚟。鍾意魚皮嗰層膠質,好彈牙。三寶丸:有牛骨濃汁牛丸,薑汁皮蛋貢丸同招牌墨魚丸各一粒。三款丸都唔錯,當中最鍾意招牌墨魚丸,真係有墨魚粒喺入邊咖豚肉,美國肥牛:肉類各有兩件。豚肉彈牙,雞肉多汁厚肉蔬菜拼盤:款式豐富,有生菜,娃娃菜,冬菇,南瓜片,粟米,翠玉瓜同埋金菇。南瓜粥:蒸完晒啲海鮮之後,職員會幫我哋煲啲已經預備好嘅粥。味道真係好鮮甜。雪米糍:飯後有個甜品,就可以畫上個完美嘅句號喇。
