To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同兩個朋友行旺角,到咗晏晝唔知食咩好, 其中一個朋友提議話去食一人燒肉, 佢話又平又抵食, 一行三人就走咗去食燒肉啦~入到去睇個餐牌,又真係幾平, 套餐包一碗飯、 一碗湯、 一個前菜同埋一碟肉, 最平嘅套餐都係四十令蚊~我哋叫咗一個200 g嘅牛五花套餐、 一個200 g嘅牛五花豬五花雙拼套餐、 一個牛小排牛板肩雙拼套餐, 另外仲追加左幾份肉同埋牛舌~佢哋嗰度啲肉可以揀鹽燒、 汁燒同埋蒜蓉, 即係啲肉食係用咩汁做醃料, 我哋叫既肉揀咗汁燒同鹽燒~雖然價錢唔貴但啲肉既質素一啲都唔差, 牛五花同豬五花就有啲似平時打邊爐嘅普通肥牛同豬腩片, 但唔知點解, 啲牛五花比起平時打邊爐嘅肥牛個質地軟身啲, 燒熟咗又唔會柴~牛板肩嘅肉味最濃郁, 但係肉質就比較實, 牛小排算係果到最貴既肉食之一, 質地有啲似肉眼, 脂肪分布好平均, 燒起嚟最有油香~牛舌我就覺得改得太薄, 食起上嚟冇乜口感, 佢哋本來仲有一款厚嘅牛舌,但係好似賣晒, 所以叫咗普通牛舌~另外佢跟嗰個湯係海帶湯, 清清地都幾好,可以解油膩~啱啱睇到舖頭裏邊有啲廣告寫星期一至五中午12點至三點白飯任裝, 五點至六點入座有七五折, 可惜今日去係
