To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間舖頭餐廳係專食豚肉嘅，標榜來自日本嘅豚肉，但係嚟到餐廳，大家可以選擇試吓其他菜式，例如天婦羅同埋海鮮丼。當日就嗌咗個三文魚大蝦三文魚子海鮮丼，加前菜，蒸蛋及餐飲只係加少少價錢，所以有加埋$$就有成個lunch set。海鮮丼嘅三文魚係有燒過嘅，份量都多，三文魚厚身，算係合格。而大蝦同埋三文魚子感覺上都係新鮮，飯嘅份量適中。如果冇加到前菜同埋蒸蛋可能未必夠飽，加埋就啱啱好。味道嚟講就唔算特別，但係喺呢個地方食個lunch嚟講價錢合理，而且可以坐到個半鐘左右唔會趕你走。喺度放鬆一下食個lunch都係唔錯嘅選擇。
