To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 一風堂源自日本九州博多，係香港其中一間我常去的店，開業多年仍然保持水準，穩打穩紮，於眾多連鎖拉麵店中站得住腳。赤丸新味配玉子 $70咁多款之中最喜歡赤丸，豚骨湯底加自製香油和赤味噌，比起白丸多一份香辣惹味。有兩片叉燒，揀左炙燒卷腩，比普通叉燒多一份焦香。黑木耳一如以往的爽脆，流心味付玉子我比100分。另外，拉麵可選麵身軟硬度，大家可以因個人喜好去選擇。一風堂餃子+$18追加餃子有3隻，細細隻一口size，皮薄又脆，好好食，如果可以大隻少少會更滿足。
