To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#港式eatcovery💡一個好咸的早上🍽沙爹牛肉麵牛肉大塊，但似係同粉整過，沙爹味不算濃郁，但味道就真係好咸！不過略嫌湯入面水太多，湯係咸。唯一就係公仔麵上到枱唔會太腍，保持到彈性。🍽榨菜肉絲湯米粉榨菜有點過辣，所以食落去都幾辣，但配上肉絲，口感豐富。米粉份量都好多。🍽 炒蛋火腿配多士炒蛋唔滑，而且食落咸，加上油膩，食完隻碟油淋淋。多士放得太耐，上枱已經淋曬。🍽 凍奶茶茶同奶嘅比例ok，不過不失。
