To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六午市諗住簡單食個快飯,就揀左大家樂。叫左個雞皇焗菜,屬於平餐之一,點知就中左伏。我等啊等,等啊等,眼見遲過我來的人都已經上菜,但我仍未有,而餐廳已經開始由無咩人變得越來越多人,於是在等了10分鐘的時間問職員是否漏單。職員好有禮貌咁道歉,又話焗野要等4分鐘。我心諗,好,再等4分鐘。當然,4分鐘後都仲係無,我開始黑面,企係度望住啲職員,那經理就即幫我拎左張單,又call廚房話急單。然後十多秒就有得食。不過肥女經理好有禮,係咁道歉,態度真誠。當我坐下時,隔離有位男士都好嬲咁鬧話等左好耐,而我見佢並唔係食焗野。呢個係平餐,預左會係咁。雞粒有3小件,飯唔夠,有一半是茄汁焗菜。老實講,我唔覺得有焗過,個錫紙盒完全唔熱。只能講辛苦前線員工,好心大家樂請多啲人,對員工好啲
