To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 昨晚在麗城跟友人晚餐,她大力推薦 太興 的杏汁潤肺湯,果然是很好喎,打開湯盅的蓋子時 已有好香的杏仁味,飲落時更興奮 因為實在太好味,豬肺處理得很乾淨白雪雪的,不愛吃內臓的友人也吃了兩大件,好吃,湯香濃,很滋潤,好湯。豉汁涼瓜炒牛肉 就失敗,涼瓜炒得太熟,沒有口感,這道菜式好像是家庭菜,不似餐廳的出品。松子魚 是用爐魚做的,沒有太多骨,但如身較硬,魚肉好像沒有什麼味道,可能這不是即炸的魚 所以不大好吃。菠蘿咕嚕肉 就很惹味,肉身腍滑,瘦上有肥,這個菜的配料多,很可口。

松子魚 是用爐魚做的,沒有太多骨,但如身較硬,魚肉好像沒有什麼味道,可能這不是即炸的魚 所以不大好吃。
