To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小曼谷係其中一間我會常去嘅泰國餐廳，因為呢度嘅黃咖喱同烤薄餅十分出色。之前已經見到呢個龍蝦孖寶($398)好幾次，但次次都售罄，今次終於食到，叫咗牛油蒜蓉燒龍蝦+燒白鱔，原隻龍蝦被滿滿嘅蒜蓉同炸白飯魚覆蓋，龍蝦好新鮮好彈牙，好鮮甜好好味，真係好想自己獨吞成隻🤭而白鱔燒得脆卜卜，啲肉又好肥美。另外叫咗黃咖喱牛腩($118)，咖喱香濃，牛腩又淋身唔乾口，再配埋酥脆嘅烤薄餅($58)，絕配。今晚仲有現場表演，都唱得幾好聽。
