好耐無同屋企人嚟鏞記食飯,今次我地要求坐地廳,睇吓個新裝修,好好彩有卡位比我地,阿爸阿媽仲響度話當年,話佢地以前拍拖都成日嚟坐卡位。 一坐低梗係要食酸薑皮蛋啦,呢度啲皮蛋隻隻溏心,食完即時胃口大增。 再嚟係炭燒燒鵝拼叉燒,叉燒夠juicy,燒鵝皮香肉嫩,充滿炭燒香味,同出面食嘅好唔同! 其實坊間都好多羊腩煲,價錢差距都幾大,今次即管試吓鏞記個古法蝴蝶羊腩煲,睇下佢有幾巴閉!蝴蝶腩果然比普通羊腩肥美嫩滑,加埋啲入晒味嘅枝竹、冬菇同馬蹄等配菜,絕對係大滿足! 我最鍾意食脆口嘢,於是叫咗個椒鹽吊片,吊片炸得幾香口,食落又唔會太油立立,正! 羊腩煲已經好補,所以我地打消咗叫蛇羹嘅念頭,叫咗個沙參玉竹燉大斑濃湯,個湯用料十足,非常鮮甜,我地連湯料都食得乾乾淨淨。 呢碟生炒糯米飯,除咗臘味香濃,啲糯米仲炒到粒粒分明,口感同味道都好like。 最後只係叫咗一碗紅豆沙同芝麻糊share,因為實在太飽了。紅豆沙同芝麻糊嘅水準唔錯,而家已經好少地方食到咁靚嘅中式甜品。 成餐飯最開心嘅竟然係阿爸阿媽,因為佢地一邊食飯一邊回味「那些年」。
