To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁今天早收工,到土瓜灣來一個早晚餐。前菜是芝士大啡菇。賣相不錯,但切開來有水滲出來,讓菇味道淡了。主菜是牛小排。五成熟剛剛好。香口,保留了牛肉內的油脂。好味。最後甜品是招牌日式卷蛋,蝶豆花配草莓。不會太甜,加上少少草莓酸,吃完還意猶未盡。餐廳裝修頗有特色,有外國風情。加上老闆熱情招呼,這一餐吃得愉快。下次再來。
