To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣嘅食店多不勝數,種類更加係諗到嘅都有,今日就試咗餐印尼菜,平時呢啲鋪頭我就唔會選擇入去,今次係有人介紹就試吓啦,估唔到又係唔錯嘅經驗喎!鋪頭唔係好大,只有七張四人枱,都有啲東南亞特色嘅裝修,同時又貼中國傳統揮春,所以都幾fusion.招呼我嘅係一個識講中文嘅印尼姐姐,感覺好Nice,但喺鋪頭都見到另一個香港人似係老闆。菜牌有齊中文和印尼文,選擇都幾多,因為好少食印尼菜所以都好多嘢想試,最後叫咗個「印尼四大天王」($78)、「石栗馬拉盞炒通菜」( $78 )、「白鱔沙嗲(三串)」( $98 )同一杯「碟豆花特飲」( $28 )。四大天王原來係牛肉、雞、沙甸魚和雜菜,雜菜有蘿蔔絲、芽菜、椰菜絲、豆角等等撈左醬汁有好輕微嘅辣,牛肉就似串燒嗰啲沙嗲牛,係牛腩嚟嘅都幾腍,雞係似海南雞,沙甸魚就係平時嘅罐頭沙甸魚囉,加咗兩塊番茄咁,味道都OK,感覺相當地道,一食就諗起我去柬埔寨、泰國短宣嘅日子。馬拉盞炒通菜好惹味,唔會辣,仲有好多好似炸蝦乾咁樣嘅嘢,食落趣卜卜,整碟好好味。串燒沙嗲白鱔係第一次食,因為餐牌上寫着必食推介,所以就決定一試,一上枱已經聞到好香,每一串都

串燒沙嗲白鱔係第一次食,因為餐牌上寫着必食推介,所以就決定一試,一上枱已經聞到好香,每一串都幾大條,個汁有啲似鰻魚汁,索晒啲味,應該係即叫即燒,所以熱辣辣,真係好好味。
其實佢另外有附上個辣椒汁,不過我就唔點啦。

至於個碟豆花特飲,賣相都幾靚,同埋都幾大杯,不過唔係好飲到碟豆花嘅味(定係碟豆花本身係冇乜味?)其實就係椰汁加碟豆花啫喱狀嘅條條,都OK嘅!
