To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都冇乜食印尼餐廳,係朋友極力推薦話呢間幾好食,所以一於過黎食下。睇MENU見大部分都有圖睇,起碼容易知道D餸菜大約係點,都幾方便今次就叫左 燒雞班蘭尖塔飯($98)、巴東牛肉花膠湯粉皮($68)、虎蝦沙嗲(三串)($88)、咖啡沙冰($48)、牛油果沙冰($48) 牛油果沙冰:我都算係牛油果愛好者,難得見到呢D特別嘅飲品居然出現,咁就必定要叫黎飲下啦飲落去牛油果味幾香濃,真係飲落去都幾足料下,唔會溝晒水好稀咁,而且沙冰D冰都幾綿,飲落又唔會多碎冰卡住左咁,超正咖啡沙冰:朋友中意飲咖啡,佢都話呢杯咖啡味唔錯,不過奶味稍微多左DD。另外杯飲品仲有條威化脆條食下,幾好燒雞班蘭尖塔飯:平時食得最多當然係白飯,其次就黃油飯,今次就食綠色嘅班蘭飯。呢個班蘭飯味道好香,唔駛配醬汁或者燒雞,淨係食個班蘭飯都已經好好食燒雞佢用上印尼風味D醬料醃表面再燒香,食落肉質嫩滑唔鞋口,再點埋佢上菜個秘製醬汁黎食,更加帶出到當中嗰隻風味巴東牛肉花膠湯粉皮:其實我都唔知花膠關唔關印尼菜事,不過本身都幾中意花膠湯,再加上職員話呢個推介,所以叫黎試下食之前先飲一啖,已經覺得非常之出色,真係好有驚喜佢個花膠湯底係超級鮮

食之前先飲一啖,已經覺得非常之出色,真係好有驚喜
佢個花膠湯底係超級鮮甜勁濃味,飲落去絕對真材實料,冇諗過居然會喺印尼餐廳,仲要係以呢個價錢就食得到,絕對物超所值
至於巴東牛肉煮得入味,香料味濃,辣辣地,夠惹味,牛肉稍微鞋左DD,但都唔錯

虎蝦沙嗲(三串):MENU都有寫串燒類需時製作15-20分鐘,要等耐少少,因為係即時燒,而唔係燒定之後再拎去翻熱。佢喺虎蝦上面塗左D醬汁再燒,所以一上菜已經聞到好香燒蝦味
虎蝦夠晒大隻,食落去唔會燒得乾身,仲要D虎蝦肉彈牙,食完想再ENCORE多碟再食

另外枱面有調味料,覺得唔夠味可以自己再加,不過今餐樣樣都夠晒味,冇需要再加
隔離仲有包手套,可以戴住黎食雞

全部連埋加一服務費後$385,佢呢到小本經營唔算大間,但食得出佢對食物係好有要求,絕對用心製作,同埋呢到D職員都幾NICE,朋友真係冇介紹錯,冇諗過印尼餐廳都可以咁好食,值得推介
