Restaurant: The Chinese Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩小時任食下午茶,這裏環境精緻優雅,是一間西式餐廳的裝修格局,我們選擇了坐沙發枱,這次來都是為了慶祝媽媽的生日。真菌菠菜餃子顏色特別,綠色的外皮包滿的菠菜。冬菇包造型可愛,每個也像小冬菇一樣,滿滿冬菇味。紅菜頭水晶粿更特別粉紅色的外皮,內藏紅菜頭味道新鮮。煙燻四起素卷,顏色鮮艷特別,一口一件。而我最欣賞黑松露真菌鹹水角每件也十分精緻,一連吃了四五件。另外菌黃醬炒煙肉蘿蔔糕,蘿蔔糕與菌王醬配搭特別。整體來說是一頓十分滿足的中式點心午餐不單止有視角的享受也有味道的享受。
