To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天晚上喺葵芳食晚飯,唔想每次都係去商場的餐廳,就開OpenRice睇吓附近有冇小店,見到呢間人氣幾好,好評又多就決定試一下!我哋分別叫咗特色豬軟骨米線魚湯($46)、王牌牛筋腩醉鮮面豬骨湯($53)、椒鹽魚腩($37)。首先個豬軟骨米線,米線份量比想像中少,但豬軟骨嘅份量就出奇地多,一個女仔係食唔晒既。豬軟骨調味比較鹹,軟骨亦都比較脆身,我自己口味鍾意食淋一點,魚湯比較清淡,鍾意食辣嘅我就加埋佢哋嘅秘製XO醬,少少辣好味道。牛筋腩就不過不失,偏鹹左少少,份量都係超級多,醉鮮面嘅口感好特別,以為佢好似粉絲咁但又比粉絲更加煙銀,幾得意。我最鍾意嘅就係佢嘅椒鹽魚腩,魚腩炸到外脆內軟,新鮮魚腩特別好味,又唔會炸到好油膩,出色
