上次食完莆田,真係好中意佢原汁原味嘅煮法,睇到佢出咗時令menu,即刻試試。宜家有七款時令海蠣節菜品,每款睇落都好美味。如果想試多2款,仲可以用特價$228揀其中2款菜品TIM。冰鎮南日鮑魚,用咗自家制鮑魚汁慢煮後,再放落雪櫃冰鎮,鮑魚食落鮮甜彈牙,仲有少少醬香。白切羊肉,落咗薑蔥香料等白灼羊肉,羊肉緊實羊皮爽口。哩種處理方法,即可以食到羊肉原味,又唔會覺得膻。推薦點埋莆田特製辣椒醬,辣椒醬酸辣惹味,同羊肉好夾。經典撈汁海蠣,今次時令菜品。海蠣過水之後,加入秘制撈汁再冰鎮,撈汁加入大量蒜蓉辣椒,酸辣鮮甜入到海蠣,好惹味。海蠣個頭唔算好大,不過勝在肉質鮮甜飽滿。酒香竹筒蝦,我同FD最愛。落咗數十款藥材煲制,其中當歸最搶味,飲落回味清甜。芋泥香酥鴨,鴨肉外裹左芋泥酥皮一齊油炸,切開唔會散開,烹飪水準好高。芋泥綿密鬆軟口感同鴨肉好夾,再加埋酥脆外皮,口感好豐富。薄荷枇杷凍,枇杷鮮甜多汁,啫喱唔會好甜同埋有淡淡山楂香。落咗少少薄荷香精,讓成份甜品味道更加清新。
