To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹話唔錯~所以依日去試下食店位置都幾偏僻~眼見獨市生意唔怪得成日爆場2人檯好少..焗你要搭大檯~一張大檯搭2-3組客..感覺不太良好又催促叫食物~上菜超快..收野又超快! 感覺係催你快D食完做多幾輪生意食物完全無水準~只可以話平..稱唔上好食!! 所以一定唔會再幫襯依晚叫左個"韭菜豬紅"汁底唔夠香辣~淡口得黎..只可以話得個夠鹹豬紅又有陣味"鹵水鵝片"肉鞋韌口~鵝皮好似食橡筋! 無鵝甘香味"豉椒炒蜆"完全無配料~得豉汁+蜆~蜆肉起潺無鮮味豉汁完全無豆豉香~醬汁味道唔吸引整體食店服務一般~食物無水準
