To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大閘蟹放題($528)✨話咁快又到食大閘蟹嘅季節啦😝,繼上年之後又帶咗細佬去試另一間酒樓嘅大閘蟹放題🤓。今次除咗有大閘蟹之外仲有北京片皮鴨🦆同其他小菜甜品仼食🤤。另外每人仲有鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚伴百靈菇,金湯小米燴遼參同蟹粉扒豆苗各一份😎。我個人就最鍾意金湯小米燴遼參,有少少南瓜湯嘅感覺😂,幾好飲。首先講下大閘蟹🦀先啦,會有三款分別係清蒸、太鵰蒸同油鹽焗。太鵰蒸係凍食❄️嘅,開頭黎個陣都有d驚訝😮,不過凍都唔洗驚會腥。我地最鍾意就係清蒸,最食到大閘蟹嘅鮮味👍🏻,岩岩蒸出黎熱辣辣就最正🤓。另外片皮鴨🦆都係即切嘅,唔夠可以出去攞😙。少部份嘅小菜同甜品都放咗喺出面可以自己去拎,而其他就可以係紙到揀選📝,我自己都叫咗少少包點小菜同甜品🧁,咁就唔洗淨係食海鮮同肉咁dry啦haha🤪。
