To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年前曾經到訪Tokio Joe, 今次舊地重遊,水準依然出色! 今次選擇餐牌內的Testing Menu, 分別有: 前菜: 白蝦刺身 - 上面加了一點點的酸酸辣辣醃製漬物, 更加帶出白蝦的鮮味鮮蟹肉魚子 - 蟹肉Juicy口感, 唔係急凍乾身個種, 讚! 刺身:- 鮑魚,油甘魚腩,吞拿魚沙律,吞拿魚腩,炙燒左口魚 壽司:- 深海池魚,炙燒帆立貝,白蝦吞拿魚蓉,辣吞拿魚蓉炸壽司,海膽壽司天婦羅:- 比目魚 & 三文魚 配紫蘇葉, 炸漿夠稀薄身, 食完口腔不會有油膩感覺, 火候控制得非常好佐賀 A5和牛燒:- 和牛燒過後散發出來嘅油香, 入口即溶, 食兩舊啱啱好, 否則會有啲膩龍蝦湯烏冬+天婦羅蝦:- 龍蝦湯無得輸, 成碗飲哂,調味不會過鹹甜品:- 果盤 和 綠茶紅豆雪糕總結:無論食物質素,服務水準, 餐廳環境 都屬於五星好評Level !!

鮮蟹肉魚子 - 蟹肉Juicy口感, 唔係急凍乾身個種, 讚!

刺身:
- 鮑魚,油甘魚腩,吞拿魚沙律,吞拿魚腩,炙燒左口魚

壽司:
- 深海池魚,炙燒帆立貝,白蝦吞拿魚蓉,辣吞拿魚蓉炸壽司,海膽壽司

天婦羅:
- 比目魚 & 三文魚 配紫蘇葉, 炸漿夠稀薄身, 食完口腔不會有油膩感覺, 火候控制得非常好

佐賀 A5和牛燒:
- 和牛燒過後散發出來嘅油香, 入口即溶, 食兩舊啱啱好, 否則會有啲膩

龍蝦湯烏冬+天婦羅蝦:
- 龍蝦湯無得輸, 成碗飲哂,調味不會過鹹

甜品
- 果盤 和 綠茶紅豆雪糕
