To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一枝公在銅鑼灣,想飲茶記得老友記話呢度一籠一件啱哂,一於試下門口大大隻字"水滾茶靚"原來呢度係用自動煲水糸統,好在之前喺大陸都有用過,不然真係"港燦"上身😅一共點咗四"籠"點心蝦餃賣相唔錯,但係皮唔夠薄,蝦又唔夠爽彈,普通過普通反而燒賣隻蝦就好彈牙,豬肉餡料又好味,不過似曾相識~同稻香嘅一樣咁好食但係價錢貴好多叉燒包唔算差,但好多茶樓都食得到,冇咩特別小籠包真係要喺上海舖先食到好味嘅,其他。。。呢個質素、呢個價位,下次我會去稻香囉!

蝦餃賣相唔錯,但係皮唔夠薄,蝦又唔夠爽彈,普通過普通
反而燒賣隻蝦就好彈牙,豬肉餡料又好味,不過似曾相識~同稻香嘅一樣咁好食
但係價錢貴好多
叉燒包唔算差,但好多茶樓都食得到,冇咩特別
小籠包真係要喺上海舖先食到好味嘅,其他。。。
呢個質素、呢個價位,下次我會去稻香囉!
