To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我間中會咁諗：想飲烘焙咖啡，同時又想食有湯 (即係「濕濕地」) 嘅嘢，但畢竟 cafe 賣嘅都係包/ADB/意粉/蛋糕之類 ... 點知我上星期遇到咁樣嘅地方！😌好欣賞呢度嘅創意，佢地有賣港式湯麵、籠仔蒸飯、素食菜式，同時又賣本地烘焙咖啡☕ 我地點左牛隊長湯麵同好鬼補雞湯麵，牛隊長果然好盡責地做好佢嘅麵😆個牛骨湯底極。度。濃郁但唔過鹹之餘，牛肚同牛助條都好淋而且相當入味👍🏻👍🏻 雞湯麵亦真係「好鬼補」😂有花膠魚肚，雞件嫰滑，湯底嘅鮮雞味好突出。如果兩個麵之間我會比較鍾意雞湯麵，因為我個人口味偏好清甜類別😋我仲好奇地點左素蘇格蘭炸蛋，流心蛋外層嘅素豬肉對我來講感覺好新鮮，但記得趁熱吃，凍左會有啲硬😉最後以一杯手搖冰啡 (我理解應該即係 shakerato🤭) 作結，香濃順滑，爽😎有下次👍🏻👍🏻會再來試烘焙泡泡 (應該即係 latte 🤔?) 同籠仔蒸飯☺️
