二話不說,先呷一口湯,香濃的藥膳味,夾雜淡淡的胡椒香,恰到好處,隨鍋的豬肚和腐竹份量足,也入味,不沾醬汁已很不錯。

《香江花月》的招牌‼️一大個圓盤剛好套在火鍋周邊,視覺效果滿分💯,真的賞心悅目得單靠眼睛也覺得好吃。事實上也真的一分錢 一分貨,質素上乘,還有指引教導哪種肉要燙多久是最好味。


簡單列舉:
安格斯肥牛,牛味香濃。
牛白肉,油脂突出,油而不膩。
牛柳粒,意外地軟稔,咬一口,肉汁隨即滲出好滋味。
手切肥牛,淡淡肉香。
牛心頂,鮮嫩爽脆,味道稍淡,與手切肥牛或安格斯肥牛一同進食,口感與味道更加昇華。
牛小腿,甘香鮮味,筋肉分明,有嚼勁。
牛脷,軟嫩多汁且爽口。
黑柏葉,爽口彈牙。
