To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實今次已經係我第二次嚟食呢一間酒樓 適逢家人生日 我喺今朝book咗位 夜晚7:30去食 留咗冬瓜盅同埋片皮鴨7:30到 侍應10分有禮貌 服務超級周到 我哋叫咗$498套餐 個湯幾好飲 足料夠味道 冬瓜盅食落好清新 都係足料 一斤龍躉 蒸出嚟唔會過熟 啱啱好 最好食係佢個薯仔牛柳粒 同埋黑豚肉咕嚕肉 我覺得佢環境好舒適 啲位又唔會好迫 $168片皮鴨 食落有驚喜 可以話係我食過top three 利申 無論香港定深圳定北京嘅片皮鴨我都有食過 所以呢間酒樓會比五星好評 性價比高 下次會再嚟
