最近去咗Sugar+ 26樓嘅瀧宴食晚飯,望住維園夜景,仲可以遠眺埋維港嘅景色,真係好靚!餐廳個環境優美到不得了,仲有師傅即場席前烹煮,呢種體驗真係唔同凡響,整體感覺非常高級。自家製醬汁煮南非鮑魚,南非鮑魚個口感好彈牙,鮮味十足,啲醬汁鮮甜得嚟又唔會搶鮑魚嘅味道,配埋啲蘿蔔,已經吸收哂湯汁,味道好入味,真係一流!  接住落嚟就係 季節刺身3款,有真鯛、深海池魚同埋中吞拿魚腩,三款都係好高質嘅魚生,真鯛嗰種鮮甜真係出乎意料,深海池魚口感非常爽口,中吞拿魚腩更係油香豐富,魚味濃郁,每一啖都好滿足!  之後嚟到嘅係 金鎗魚腩手卷,用吞拿魚腩做手卷,真係將油香同脆餅結合得恰到好處,個層次感非常豐富,一咬落去,好似可以食到好多層唔同嘅口感,真係好滿足!  海鮮茶碗蒸 真係令我哋好驚喜,蛋嘅香味超濃,口感嫩滑到不得了,加上海鮮嘅鮮甜味,真係食落去好正,完全係一個完美嘅配搭!  到呢度,重頭戲出場啦——澳洲龍蝦!呢度最特別嘅係,佢哋有個水缸,師傅即場捉龍蝦,真係睇住佢即捉即煮,嗰種鮮甜爽口係即刻感受到。龍蝦肉夠彈牙,仲要啲蝦膏味道濃郁到令人一啖接一啖,真係超級好食!  接住落嚟嘅係 香煎鵝肝伴自家制
