同朋友慶祝生日 就想試下鐵板燒咁岩呢一間瀧宴做緊2周年優惠所以就book左晚餐時段試下一出lift門口就覺得佢地門面設計都幾靚 同埋啲工作人員都好有禮貌serve 我地間餐廳嘅設計都幾靚,左邊係鐵板燒既Bar枱右邊係餐枱而且望出去就望到無敵海景 不過咁啱夜晚落雨所以就無咁靚我哋就嗌咗dinner Teppanyaki set前菜 有特製嘅吞拿魚同埋 60個月嘅Parma Ham配蜜瓜 然之後就嚟咗個季節吸物 係一個海帶鮮沙白湯佢海鮮味好濃但係都幾清甜😍喺食緊呢兩個前菜嘅時候呢,佢就會準備好我哋等陣嘅主菜俾我哋影吓相同埋睇吓食材 南非鮑魚係新鮮喺個魚缸撈上嚟 😱😱👍第一樣就係南非鮑魚 南非鮑魚新鮮切薄片燒得啱啱好,唔會過老 燒完之後再配咗啲海苔粉上去味道豐富咗之餘又食到鮑魚嘅鮮然後就到野生大虎蝦 佢燒到個蝦頭脆卜卜面而蝦頭都幾多膏😋下一味餸就係香煎銀鱈魚呢個魚最正嘅就係佢脆卜卜嘅魚皮 😝下一味就係帆立貝好濃嘅牛油味,而且上邊有一啲魚子再加埋佢特制嘅醬汁 鹹鹹鮮鮮 入口嘅時候上面嘅魚子爆曬出嚟超正🤭另一個就係美國頂級牛肉 其他鐵板燒通常只有薄燒或厚燒但係呢一間薄燒同埋厚燒都有另外配咗一啲海

另一個就係美國頂級牛肉
其他鐵板燒通常只有薄燒或厚燒
但係呢一間薄燒同埋厚燒都有
另外配咗一啲海鹽同埋炸蒜片
師傅話如果唔夠味,就可以配埋一齊食
但係其實煎完個牛味你已經好夠,所以都唔使配埋一齊食
但係炸蒜片就咁當薯片食都係超正😁

最後師傅即席炒咗呢個櫻花炒飯 櫻花蝦嘅味出,而且配料好多
