To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話時話，我哋A姐M佬都好耐無飲過茶啦！平時生活咁急速，難得放假，不如飲啖茶，食個包，休閒一下！今日嚟到旺角盈館，一於叫返一盅兩件，嘆吓先！香煎五香芋頭糕新鮮熱辣，外面煎到有少少金黃色，入口食到芋頭粒，芋頭味香濃！北菇棉花雞北菇棉花雞嘅重點係咩？當然就係棉花啦，即係魚肚！魚肚吸晒啲精華，仲有少少雞同北菇味，正！另外，滑雞肉質鮮嫩，北菇厚肉多汁。薑蔥牛柏葉A姐對牛柏葉情有獨鍾，見到有薑蔥牛柏葉，就一定會叫！一嚟到就聞到好香嘅薑蔥味，同牛柏葉好夾，非常爽口。原隻鮮蝦腸鮮蝦大大隻，鮮甜爽口，外面包着熱辣辣嘅腸粉，點埋豉油，完美呀！健康薑汁糕薑汁糕熱辣辣薑味唔係太重，不過食多出有少少薑辣味。放多陣等佢凍少少，薑味更濃！（記住Like同Share畀朋友）By A姐M佬 玩樂日記 www.aandmdiary.com
