Beef rib sticks (牛肋條)chewy, not the kind of tenderloin we're normally looking for. But the way it's cooked combined with the basil X raspery sauce has deliberately reveal another brand new perspective of tasting ribs.
weakness: decanter is not available, so better open your red early enough before the meal begins.
Overall: highly recommanded
