To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我遇到一個吾好經驗，我們一家人去團年，我經常去旺角兩間海港同觀塘海港一直各方面都ok，可能近年尾訂枱緊張所以去咗藍田海港叫咗個長腳蟹套餐，估唔到第一餸燒豬係涷，跟住上燒鵝又係涷？叫經理來幫忙解決點知得到答案因為廚房係咁樣做菜，我真係未試過粵菜係涷食，其實如果冇心做好味道菜供人客品常，何必你又主得辛苦我又食到一肚氣👎👎👎👎，6個人洗咗$3424最後要落去食雲吞麵充飢😡😡😡，估唔到疫情期間仲有依啲咁酒樓生存到🤬🤬🤬🤬我好想知道海港飲食集團有冇管理？還是特許經營？
